This follows SMC’s ride in 2019 to Kiama and 2018 to The Entrance to build a school and multipurpose centre in regional Indonesia as well as in 2017 SMC rode to Canberra to raise money for the displaced in Burma, Syria and Palestine.
SMC alongside their major sponsor Human Appeal Australia in 2019 successfully raised $75,000 for the birthing unit of Bankstown Hospital as well as over $80,000 in 2018 for the drought relief.
Human Appeal Australia and SMC are eager to meet with many Syrian refugees at the finish line on March 22nd to share a bbq and socialize while also raising money to the displaced overseas.
