The HLO delegation took the opportunity to reaffirm their support and commitment to partake in HAA’s emergency relief campaigns aimed to deliver urgent aid to those afflicted by the ongoing violence in the Gaza strip. Along with helping procure over 3,600 Qurban sacrifices – to be allocated to Gaza over the upcoming months – HLO will also work towards assisting with HAA’s Gaza food parcel delivery in efforts to tackle the catastrophic famine.

In line with HAA’s vast efforts in the Middle East, Mr. Al-Jamal presented the HLO board with a pledge to sponsor 100 orphans in Kurdistan as well as allocating $50,000 to Sustainable Income Projects designed to enable income generation for struggling families in the region.
